The work of the Center is supported by an Administrative core, a Molecular Interaction Technology core, and a Data Dissemination/Resource Management core.
Core 1: Administrative Core
Core Director: Hillary Hayden
The Admin Core will provide the scientific, programmatic and business support for the Center.
Core 2: Protein Interaction Technology Core
Core Director: James Bruce
The PIT Core will identify protein-protein interaction networks in the pathogen A. baumannii to help map functionality of uncharacterized genes in these bacteria.
Resources provided by the Protein Interaction Technology Core
Core 3: Data Management Core
Core Director: Mitch Brittnacher
The DMC will support the interpretation of experimental results in the broader context of bacterial genomics to uncover potential sources of antibiotic susceptibility in A. baumannii.
